Bio

I was born in Budapest in 1982. I initially studied sociology at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), but my attention eventually shifted towards photography. Since 2006, I have been working as a photojournalist, primarily documenting rural Hungary. My personal photographic interests revolve around the formation of communities, their cohesive power, and the relationship between humans and the environment. I work on my series over extended periods, focusing on the dynamics of change. In addition to winning several Hungarian press photo awards, I achieved third place in the Pictures of the Year International - Feature Picture Story category. Between 2015 and 2017, I was the recipient of the Pécsi József Photography Scholarship three times. I am a member of the Association of Hungarian Photographers.
